The season begins with a family concert on October 23rd , at St. Paul’s United Church, featuring music from Harry Potter, Peter and the Wolf, and more. That same week on October 28th, La Rose Bakery presents the MPO’s Spooky Soiree, a fun masked event where the community can get to know the orchestra, enjoy food and beverages, browse the silent auction, and experience music from almost every genre. This event is open to all ages.

On November 19th, the MPO celebrates a very special Shakespeare event featuring Lesley Andrew, members of the Milton Players Theatre Group, and other special guests in the 450-seat sanctuary at St. Paul’s.

The holiday season would not be complete without Milton’s very own tradition of Winterlude at the Milton Centre for the Arts on December 17th. Winterlude III will present the beloved tenor Paul Williamson, and feature dancers from the Dance Class of Milton who will perform excerpts from The Nutcracker. Get your tickets before they’re gone!
